【Abstract】 EAC-RNA and normal RNA(N-RNA)were obtained from Ehrilich Ascite cancer cells and normal murine liver respectively, and then incubated in vitro with effect cells. In comparison with N-RNA, EAC-RNA can markedly inhibite the NK activity of effect cells against YAC-1 target cells. This inhibitory effect disappeared when EAC-RNA was treated with RNase. Treatment of DNase or Pronase did not affect the activity of EAC-RNA. From these experiments, we suggest that tumor RNA may be considered as one of the causes of the NK activity inhibition in tumor host.更多还原
