声、光、磁物理刺激对人体脑电影响的计算机分析和实验结果
The Computer Analysis of Influence of Physical Stimulation to EEG Activity in Humans
【摘要】 本文运用脑电计算机分析技术,进行了物理刺激对人体脑电影响的临床实验。将10H_z调制的声、光、磁(8G_S)物理刺激于加大脑皮层中央区CZ、每天20分钟,共10天,实验结果较实验前物理刺激组大脑皮层左右中央区和左右颞区脑电相干函数显著增加(P<0.05),左右额区间脑电相干函数非常显著增加(P<0.01)。对照组实验前后脑电各项指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。提示,物理刺激对脑电干函数有影响。
【Abstract】 B ased on clinical contral expe-riment, 9 subjects were studied onthe influence of physical stimula-tion to EEG activity by the utiliza-tion of computer techniques for EEGspectral analysis and coherenceanalysis. The subjects were random-ly divided into control group andstimulative group. The physicalstimuli were sine wave modulatedlighting, auditory, and magneticsignals. The low frequency magneticfield with 8 GS was applied to thecentral zero (Cz) 20minutes daily for10 days. The EEG of subjects wasmeasured and analyzed by a micro-computer system before and afterexperiments. The results suggusted that dueto physical stimulation, the EEGcoherence in the bilateral central(C3/C4) and temporal (T3/T4) areaincreased significantly (P<0.05) andthe EEG coherence in the bilateralfrontal (F3/F4) area increased te-markablely (P<0.01) in stimulationgroup. The EEG indexes in controlgroup were not statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05).
