【Abstract】 This paper deals with the ecological way of realizing sustinable development of rural area in developing countries under the limited input through deepening and widening exploration and utilization of local renewable resources, and adjusting its systems relationships such as technological, institutional and behavioural linkage. Based on the human eco-planning work in Dafeng county in recent years, an eco-county concept, its scientific connotation, evaluation index and planning method are discussed.更多还原
