【Abstract】 In this paper, We attempted initially to combine policy analysis(PA)with environmental policy. The origin,development, characteristies and basic contents of PA was expounded. The application basic thinking and outline of PA in environmental management and environmental policy was inquired. The survey of studing of PA at abroad at present was also introduced.更多还原
