【摘要】 1989年1月～1990年5月,我科应用湿润烧伤膏(简称,湿润膏)治疗酸、碱灼伤29例。患者平均年龄25.4岁,平均灼伤面积9.2％,以深Ⅱ度灼伤占多数,灼伤部位多为下肢。本文分析了湿润膏治疗酸、碱灼伤的疗效,认为湿润膏治疗深Ⅱ度灼伤可不留疤痕,治疗小面积Ⅲ度灼伤及残余创面疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 29 cases of acid and alkali burns were treated with MEBO in 1989 to May. 1990. Average age: 25.4,average area: 9.2%TBSA. Most of them had deep 2nd degree burn in lower extremities.The authors analyzed the efficacy of MEBO and concluded that deep 2nd degree burn can be healed without formation of scar. Small area 3rd degree burn and residual wounds can be healed satisfactorily.The therapy enables easy inspection of the wound. It has marked analgesic effect. It promotes decrustation, neutralizes the acid ano the alkali. prevents infection and promotes healing of the wounds.更多还原
