【摘要】 作者对NOVO公司产的果胶酶PeetinexSPL和纤维素酶CeLLucLast1.5L的组成进行了初步分析,证实了这两种常用的果蔬加工专用酶制剂都含有多种水解酶类。前者对果汁澄清效果很好,后者能明显提高果汁出率。据此,作者针对目前阻碍我国酶制剂工业发展的几个问题进行了讨论。强调指出:实现专用工业酶制剂的系列化将推动我国酶制剂工业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The compositoins of Pectinex SPL and Celluclast 1.5L (Novo) have been analysed. It has been proved that various hydrolases are contained in these two enzymes which have been frequently used in fruit and vegetable processing the former being evry effective for the clarification, and the latter being able to increase the juice rate obviously. According to the results, a discussion was made on the Present obstacles in our enzyme industry.
