【Abstract】 A Simple column switching method of liquid chromatography is presented for the determina- tion of Mitomycin in serum.Two Sep-pak C18 Cartridge small columns were used for on-line pretreatment of sample and its analysis respectively.The eluants were detected by UVabsorption at 365nm.The calibration curve was linear within the range of 20- 450ng/ ml.The average recovery was 99.56%.更多还原
