【Abstract】 The variation of the void volume measured in reversed-phase chromatography was studied with sodium alkylsulfonate as ion-pair reagent.Nitrates were used as dead time markers.The influences of the column temperature and the composition of mobile phase including the percentage of methanol,the ion-pair reagents,pH of the buffer etc.on dead time have been investigated.更多还原
