130名二硫化碳作业工人神经肌电图分析
Neurological and Electroneuromyographic Assessment in 130 workers Exposed to Carbon Disulfide
【摘要】 本文对130名二硫化碳作业工人进行神经系统体检及神经肌电图等多项测定。结果发现,57例有周围神经病的客观体征,神经传导速度测定的15个参数中,除2个参数外,其余均较对照组明显减慢或延长(P<0.01);110例显示有神经源性损害。
【Abstract】 130 workers (94 men and 36 women) ex-posed to carbon disulfide (CS2) from a rayonfactory were examined in 1989, they hadexposed Lo CS2 4 to 26 (mean 17) years. Theconcentrations of CS2 in the air of workplacewere more than 10mg/m3 mostly and reaching100mg/m3 occasionally. Physical and neurolo-gical examinations were done. The ENMGwas carried out with a Dantec 2000c EMGsystem recording muscle potentials motorconduction velocities (MCV) and sensoryconduction velocities (SCV). Results showed that the initial sympt-oms of workers were headache, fatigue, dizz-iness and deterioration of memory. 57 casesshowed symmetrical distal sensory Tendonreflexes diminished in 19.2% of the subjects.ENMG abnormalities manifested as increasedpolyphasic motor unit potentials, decrease ofinterference recruitment pattern and prolong-ation of distal latency of motor and sensorynerves. Totally 110 subjects in this groupshowed impairments of functions of peripheralnerves.
