【摘要】 对40名钨尘作业1～19年的工人（男27名,女13名）和40名年龄、身高、体重相配的无接尘史的对照组工人（男24名,女16名）测试肺功能。结果表明:（1）两组VC/VC_PR、FEV_1.0％、MVV/MVV_PR、V₅₀/H、V₂₅/H、小气道功能异常率及可疑异常率均无显著性差异。（2）观察组男工钨尘作业工龄对V₅₀/H和V₂₅/H有负直线相关关系（前者r=-0.35,P<0.05,后者r=-0.49, P<0.05）,但对小气道功能影响较轻微。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pulmonary function was measured in 40workers exposed to tungsten dust for 1-19years （27 men and 13 women） and in thecontrol group without exposure history, whichconsisted of 24 men and 16 women.The resultsshowed: （1） There was no significant diffe-rence in VC/VC_pr, FEV_1.0%, MVV/MVV_pr,V₅₀/H, V₂₅/H and the rates of abnormal anddoubtful abnormal small airway function（SAF） between two groups. （2） The years ofexposure to tungsten dust were negatively co-rrelated to V₅₀/H （r=-0. 35, P<0. 05） andV₂₅/H （r=-0.49, P<0.05） in men, but theinfluence on SAF is slight.更多还原
