陕西省粮食增产潜力测算与挖潜途径

【摘要】 应用系统工程原理及利比希最小限制因子定律,采用阶乘模式,依据10地(市)46个综合农业区,分析测算了全省粮食潜力产量为3282.9万t,总增产潜力为2249.2万t.并把全省划为高、次高、中、低4个潜力类型区,亩增产潜力平均值分别为771kg、574kg、440kg、148kg。关中总增产潜力最大、陕南、陕北相对较小。提出了改土培肥、推广实用技术、农田灌溉、控制径流等挖掘潜力、增强后劲,实现粮食规划目标的综合配套措施.

【Abstract】 Acorroding the data from 46 comprehensive agricultural regions distributed in 10 prefectures (cities) of Shaanxi, applying the principles of system engineering, the Liebigs law of minimum as well as the factorial modeL the evaluating results of potential yield of food crops and total potentialities of yield increased are 32, 829, 000 tons and 22, 492, 000 tons, There are 4 potential type areas i. e. high-, Sub—high—, medium-and low-yields areas in which the average potentialities of yield increased Per mu are 771 kg, 574 kg, 440 kg and 148 kg respectively.Guanzhong (Central Shaanxi) is the area with greatest potential capacity, while northern and sothern Shaanxi the relatively lower areas.It was recommended that the improving soil to fertilize nsonably, extending practical techniqes, irrigating land tad control run-off, to reach the goal of grain plan.
