高纯针状结晶氧化镁对聚丙烯的增强作用
The Reinforcing Action of High-purity Needle Magnesium Oxide to Polypropylene
【摘要】 含MgO>99.9%的高纯针状结晶氧化镁用于填充聚丙烯,具有显著的增强作用,其性能远优于普通颗粒状结晶氧化镁。本文对其物理化学性能、结晶结构和填充应用进行了研究,结果表明,对聚丙烯的填充量为25~40phr时,增强效果最为显著。
【Abstract】 High-purity needle magnesium oxide, whose MgO content is higher than 99.9%, shows an excellent reinforcing action when incorporated in PP, the property is much better than that of general granular-crystalline magnesium oxide. The physicochemical properties and crystalline structure of the needle magnesium oxide and the application to reinforcement of PP are studled in this paper. The results show that the reinforcing action would be the best when the adding amount of the needle magnesium oxide is 25-40 phr.
