【摘要】 将LDPE加到HDPE中,提高了制品的抗冲击性、抗跌落性和染色性,探索了注塑工艺条件;研究了用LDPE对注射级HDPE改性的流变性能;并测定了制品的力学性能。结果表明,随着LDPE用量在一定比例内的增加,冲击强度和断裂伸长率明显提高,而拉伸强度有所降低。对提桶等制品的生产和应用情况表明,用某些品种的LDPE改性1300J HDPE的某些不足的性能是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The impact resistance, drop impact resistance and colorability of product could be improved by blending HDPE with LDPE. The technological conditions for injection molding and the theological behavior of the injected HDPE blended with LDPE were studied, and the mechanical properties of the product was measured. The results showed that the impact strength and elongation at break increased obviously with the increase of a proper adding amount of LDPE, but the tensile strength might decrease. The practice use of the plastic bucket showed that it was possible to improve 1300J HDPE by blending with some grades of LDPE.更多还原
