毛巾织造微机监测系统

【摘要】 目前,毛巾织造厂家急于解决的问题是如何及时掌握每台织机的产量和质量,及时了解和排除机构等故障,以便对提高生产率、保证产品质量方面作出正确决策。传统的办法劳动量大,效率低,也易出差错。本文采用微处理机对织机进行在线检测、数据采集与处理,从而有效地解决了上述问题。

【Abstract】 Presently, the problems that the towel weaving manufacturers are eager to solve are to keep informed of the output and the quality of each loom in time and to know and remove timely the mechanical faults,etc,so that the managerial personnel can make correct decisions on raising productivity and assuring the quality of the product. With the traditional method,a great amount of labourforce is expended to carry out the above-mentioned operations with low efficiency. Besides,mistakes tend to occur. This paper presents a new system which employs a microcomputer to make on-line detection, data collection and treatment so as to solve the above problems effectively.
