【Abstract】 Presently, the problems that the towel weaving manufacturers are eager to solve are to keep informed of the output and the quality of each loom in time and to know and remove timely the mechanical faults,etc,so that the managerial personnel can make correct decisions on raising productivity and assuring the quality of the product. With the traditional method,a great amount of labourforce is expended to carry out the above-mentioned operations with low efficiency. Besides,mistakes tend to occur.
