【摘要】 40例停经7周以内的早孕妇女,给予RU486合并 ONO302抗早孕.受试者随机分成两组(每组20例):组Ⅰ:RU486 25mg,每天2次;共5次;组Ⅱ:600mg单次。两组均在服药的第1天阴道塞用ONO-802 1mg,用药当天在门诊观察1小时,试验的第1,2,3,4,8,15,43天均需到门诊检查、随访。抗早孕完全流产率90%;不完全流产10%,无一例继续妊娠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical effect of induced abortion by RU 486(Mifepristone)in combinatihn withONO 802 in 40 healthy women during pregnancy less than 7 weeks was observed.Theywere randomly divided into 2 groups of 20 women each:RU 486 25mg twice a day for5 doses in groupⅠ,and a single dose of RU 486600 mg in group Ⅱ.On the 4th day,anONO 802 lmg suppository was put in the posterior fornix in all 40 women.All pregnantwomen in 2 groups had abortion:17 women had complete abortion and 3 incompleteabortion in groupⅠ,and 19 complete abortion and one incomplete abortion in group Ⅱ.Serum levels of β-HCG examined daily during treatment and on the 8th,15th and43rd days after abortion in 10 women of each group revealed that β-HCG levels wereincreased during treatment and dropped down significantly after abortion.更多还原
