【Abstract】 Three generations of the scale insect Temnaspidiotus destructor(Signoret) can occur in a year in Shanghai region, which overwinters as fertizered female. The hatching peak of eggs for the first generation is from late April to early May. The hatching stages of egg for the second and the third generation are in July and September respectively. The threshold temperature for development of egg is 12.33±1.47℃, The effective thermal sum is 60.76±6.61℃ day-degrees. Spraying 40％ Omethoate 1500X two times at early and peak of egg hatching can get good control effectiveness of 95％ or more.更多还原
