【Abstract】 The average slaughter weights of Chinchilla, New Zeland White Rabbits and their hybrids of reciprocal cross at 2.5 or 3 months age are 1500-2000g. The slaughter test shows: carcass weight 800-900g, dressing percentage 50% or so. About 75% iddividuals are located ih the suitable range of slaughter weight, carcass weight and dressing percentage; they show a fine fryer carcass quality. The hydride by Chinchilla buck cross New Zeland White doe have distinct heterosis. The viscera, head, claw and tail represent 41% of slaughter weight, making full use of them as a pet’s feed will raise the rate of exchange for rabbit exportation.更多还原
