土壤重金属的形态特征及其对蔬菜重金属含量的影响
CHARACTERISTICS OF HEAVY METAL FORMS IN SOIL AND THEIR EFFECT ON HEAVY METAL CONTENT IN VEGETABLE
【摘要】 运用连续提取的方法,对几类污染物质进行 Cd,Zn,Cu 和 Mn 等元素的可交换态、吸附态、有机态、碳酸盐结合态和残余态测定。发现各元素有效态(可交换态+吸附态)在总量中所占的比例最小(约1%—3%),而残余态所占的比例最大(约40%-70%)。以化合物及污泥形式添加元素 Cd2+至青紫泥、沟干泥和红壤,了解元素有效态百分率随时间变化的试验表明,土壤有效态随时间延长(0—52周)变化不大。土壤元素有效态含量百分率次序为红壤>青紫泥>沟干泥;Cd>Zn>Mn>Cu。青菜中元素积累量与土壤中元素有效态百分率相一致,相关系数 r=0.9637(P<0.01)。
【Abstract】 Successive extraction method was adopted to determine exchangeable form, adsorbed form,organic form,carbonated form and residual form of Cd,Zn,Cu,Mn in several polluted soils and sediments.It’s found that the available form(exchangeable form,adsorbed form)of each element accounts for 1—3%.But residual form accounts for 40%—70%. Cd(chemicals or sludge)was added to waterlogged paddy soil,permeable paddy soil and red soil to observe the variation of the element with time.The result showed that the available Cd did not show great variation within 0—52 weeks.The descending order of the percentages of available form of four elements is Cd Zn Mn Cu,and in red soil, in waterlogged paddy soil,in permeable paddy soil.The accumulation rate of these four elements inpakchoi conforms with the percentage of their available form in soil,the correlation coefficient r=0.9637.
