稀土元素对仓鼠细胞生长的影响
EFFECTS OF RARE-EARTH ELEMENTS ON CELL REGENERATION
【摘要】 <正> 以往的研究已证明镧系稀土元素对植物及植物细胞生长有促进作用而增产,同时又确认为低毒、对人畜安全的物质(据纪云晶:“稀土农用安全性毒理学研究报告”)。肉鸡稀土饲料添加剂研究课题在执行过程中进一步证实对肉鸡的生长有明显的促长作用。但机理不清、亦未见报道。为从细胞学水平验证而采用对外界化学因子敏感的中国大仓鼠卵巢细胞株(CHO),在稀土 STN 的参与下进行细胞培养,观察其生长速率和分裂指数。衡量其对细胞生长的影响。
【Abstract】 This cell culture experiment was made through application of rare-earth elements (STN)at different comcentrations such as 5ppm,10ppm,20ppm and 40ppm.Chinese hamster ovarium cells(CHO)were usedas as cultured materials.The results showed that both the cell growth rate and cell division index were the highest in the group with STN applied at the concentration of 10ppm.For the group with STN applied at the concentration of 5ppm,the nutritive effect of STN wasn’t significant due to the lower concentration.For the groups with STN applied at the concentrations of 20ppm and 40ppm,~1both the cell regeneration and cell division were inhibited because of the higher concentration.It can be concluded that 10ppm is the optimum concentration of the rare-earth elements applied,and then the ratio of fodder to meat output can be calculated by conversion.So these experimental results may serve as a scientific basis for further research on rare-earth elements used as fodder additive in the livestock farming.
