二棱大麦农艺性状的遗传分析

【摘要】 本文就二棱大麦杂种F145个组合及其10个亲本的12个农艺性状进行了遗传分析。研究表明,在本试验中,F1杂种优势普遍存在。各亲本在不同性状上的显、隐性效应表现不一。各性状有的以加性或显性基因控制为主,有的则基本上由这二者共同控制。平均显性度(H1/D)1/2测定表明为超显性或不完全显性。控制绝大多数性状的显、隐性等位基因数目相差不大。多数性状遗传力较高。穗数和千粒重与产量关系密切。

【Abstract】 Genetic analysis was carried out on 12 agrononic traits of 45 F1’s crosses and 10 parents in two-rowed barley(Hordeum disticham L.) in this paper. The results showed: the heterosis of F1’s was present in every trait studied. The dominant effects varied with different traits and parents. Straw weight, grain number per spike, straw weight/plant height and grain yield per plant, spike number per plant, spike length were primarily governed by additive and dominant genes, respectively, while other traits by both dominant and additive ones. The estimates of(H1/D)1/2 suggested that there was superdominance in some traits and partial dominance in others. The number of dominant and recessive genes of parents were similar in most traits. Almost all of traits had highly narrow-sense heritabilities. Spike number per plant, 1000-grain weight were closely associated with grain yield per plant.
