禾谷类作物外源基因导入及表达的研究进展
RESEARCH PROGRESS OF FOREIGN DNA TRANSFER AND EXPRESSION IN CEREAL CROPS
【摘要】 本文就国际上八十年代植物重组DNA在单子叶作物上的研究作了综述。介绍了水稻、小麦、玉米等不同物种的转基因系统。阐述了化学导入法(PEG)、电穿孔法、注射法,粒子轰击法、花粉管萌导法及使用其它载体系统的成功实例。评价了上述技术在外源基因导入单子叶作物的利弊。
【Abstract】 This paper has reviewed the recent progress of researches on plant recombinant DNA technology in monocots in 1980s. It introduced various transgenic systems of rice, wheat and maize. The direct gene transfer systems involved the chemical method(PEG), electroporation, microinjection,particle bombardment, pollen-mediated gene transfer and other systems using various vectors. The paper also evaluated the technology of transferring gene into cereal crops.
