多效唑促进马铃薯块茎膨大的生理作用

【摘要】 本研究以马铃薯为试材通过田间试验和叶绿素、光合速率、生物学产量和经济产量、淀粉含量测定及地上茎叶形态解剖电子显微镜观察,发现多效唑(Multi—Effect Triazole,简称MET)促进马铃薯块茎膨大和增加经济产量的主要生理原因有二:一是多效唑提高了叶绿素含量,增强了叶片的光合速率;二是多效唑改变了光合产物在植株器官间的分配比例,减少了营养体对有机养分的消耗,增加了有机养分在块茎中的积累,起了“控上促下”的作用。同时,电镜扫描还表明,多效唑使马铃薯植株伸长受到控制的原因,从组织结构分析是由于细胞体积变小,排列紧密和层数增多,细胞纵向生长受到抑制,从而提高了抗倒能力。此外,马铃薯使用多效唑,对块茎的淀粉含量未发现有明显影响。

【Abstract】 Multi-Effect Triazole (MET) can stimulate tuber growth and increase tuber yield of potato firstly by promoting photosynthetic rate and then increasing chlo rophyll content and secondly by inscreasing the accumulation of organic nutrituents in tubers after changing the distribution of photosynthetic products in plant organs. Scanning microscope observation shows that the elongation of plant cells is suppressed by the application of MET, hence the plant elongation is also affected. The resistance to odging is increased since cells are more tightly and closely arranged in more layers. The starch content in tubers is not significantly affected by the application of MET.
