高阻尼铸铁及阻尼机理
High Damping Cast Iron And It’s Damping Machanism
【摘要】 论述了微量合金元素对铸铁阻尼性能、力学性能的影响,以及铸铁的阻尼机理。研究结果表明,铸铁中添加微量合金元素Zr、Cr、Mo、Cu、Al等,且它们的加入量之间匹配适当时,能够获得强度性能比较好的高阻尼铸铁,其阻尼性能值ψ可达20%以上,抗拉强度σ_b约为196MPa。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the effects of microalloying elements, Zr, Cr, Mo,Cu and Al, etc., on the damping capacity and mechanical property of castiron is discribed. The results of study show that when the added quantity isproper and well-coordinated for microalloying elements, not only the dampingcapacity of cast iron ψ may be increased by 20% or morc, but also the tensilestrength of cast iron σ_b maybe improved to about 196 MPa. This can giverise to a high damping cast iron with considerable property of strength.By means of the thermal oxygen-corrosion technique, the damping mechanismof cast iron has been studied. By test results, it is realized that the dampingcapacities of cast iron consist of damping effects produced by vibratingstress in the matrix surrounding tip of flake graphites and the adhensiveflow in flake graphites. Thereby, the matrix microplastic deformation mech-anism and the graphite innerfriction mechanism are united.
