热磨浆机的机液伺服间隙控制系统研究

【摘要】 介绍了磨盘间隙伺服控制的工作原理,对控制系统作了理论分析和计算。文中建立的模拟试验台对恒载位置精度进行了试验,结果表明,试验数据和理论计算基本吻合。研究所得出的结论可供液压控制系统的设计制造和生产使用。

【Abstract】 A thermal pulp grinding machine with a hydro-mechanical clearancecontrol servo system is an important machine for paper-making and man-madewood manufacturing. The essential principle of the clearance servo controlbetween the grinding disces was discussed in this paper, together with theor-etical analysis and calculation of the servo-control system. Some analogueapparatuses were established and the accuracy of position under constant loca-lity was measured. It is found that based on the conclusions reached in this paper,the data from the test approaches the theoretical calculation and the result isquite satisfactory. It is highly important to design and operate a hydrauliccontrol system correctly.
