高精度称重传感器材料的研究

【摘要】 本文根据称重传感器弹性体材料的要求,通过对国外同类材料的分析,设计出适合高精度小量程称重传感器弹性体材料的化学成份。将该材料分别采用三种稳定化工艺处理后,进行贴片、标定。测试结果表明,采用多级稳定化处理后,其力学性能完全符合要求,制作的传感器精度超过0.02%F·S 级。

【Abstract】 According to the requirements for the elastomer used in weighing sen- sors,and by way of analyzing the materials of the same category from abroad,the chemical composition of the elastomer suitable to be used in high precision,small measuring range weighing sensors is proposed,The material is treated with three different stabilization processes separately, and then rubberized and tested.Results show that after polystage stabiliza- tion,the mechanical characteristics of this material accorded entirely with the requiremens,and the precision of sensors using this material exceeds 0.2% FS grade.
