【摘要】 应用杂交瘤技术获得了两株抗AFP单抗,命名为G4和A6-C6。用ELISA方法测定证明该两株单抗是抗不同的抗原决定簇。其腹水的抗体滴度G4和A6-G6分别为4-5×10^-5,1×10^-6。免疫双扩散试验表明G4、A6-C5均属IgGl。用这两株单抗建立了检测AFP的双位点ELISA方法,经临床初步应用得到满意的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two McAbs to AFP. G₄ and A6-C6 have been prepared using hybridoma technique. These McAbs were demonstrated to be against different antigenic determinants by ELISA. The titers of related ascites were 4×10^-5～10^-5 and 1×10^-6 for G4 and A6-C6 respectively. Immunodiffusion test showed that showed that both G4 and A6-C6 were IgGl. Using these two McAbs a two site ELISA test for AFP determination has been developed. Preliminary clinical trial of the reagent Kit gave satisfactory results.更多还原
