【摘要】 电镜观察了8例 EB 病毒转化的糖尿病患者 B 淋巴细胞株和2例正常人 B 淋巴细胞。见糖尿病 B 淋巴细胞株的细胞与 PHA 刺激转化的淋巴母细胞以及 EB 病毒引起的 Burkitt 淋巴瘤细胞明显不同.而与文献报道的携带 EB 病毒的二倍体 B 淋巴细胞类似。但糖尿病 B 淋巴细胞株的细胞明显呈多形性.而且分裂增殖和运动更活跃,并具有吞噬活性.更多还原

【Abstract】 B lymphocytoid cell lines of 8 patients with diabetes and 2 Control have been studied.It was found that the ultrastructure of B lymphocytoid cell line from patients with diabetes, was different from PHA-stimulated lymphocytoid cell and Burkitt’s lymphomd cells,but it was similar to EBV-carring diploid lymphoblastoid cells in literature published.Significant pleomorphism,more active cell division,proliferation,motility and phagocytosis have been observed in these cell lines.更多还原
