【摘要】 脉通灵Ⅰ、Ⅱ号是由北京市宣武中医院研制出的一种治疗脉管炎的有效中药方剂。我们对其进行了急性毒性、蓄积毒性及诱变性的研究。结果表明:大、小鼠经口 LD₅₀均>100 ml/kg,蓄积作用很低,小鼠骨髓微核试验、Ames 试验及睾丸染色体畸变分析试验均为阴性,未发现有诱变性。因此,脉通灵Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号用于治疗脉管炎患者是比较安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mai Tong Ling Ⅰ、Ⅱ are prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine which is effective to vasculitis,made by Beijing Xuanwu Hospital of Chinese Traditional medicine.We carried out the acutetoxicity,accumulative toxicity test and mutagenic assays of Mai Tong Ling Ⅰ、Ⅱ. The results showed that the LD₍50 by the oral route in mice and in rate were both more than 100 ml/kg.The accumulative effect was vory low.Micronucleus test of mice bonemarrow, Ames test and analysis of spermary chromosome aberration in mice testes were all negative, mutagemicity wasn’t discovered.Thus,we think that Mai Tong Ling Ⅰ、Ⅱ are relatively safe,it may be used to treat vasculitis更多还原
