内分泌—免疫系统相互关系的研究——Ⅰ.甲状腺素对荷瘤鼠及免疫损伤鼠免疫功能的调节
THE RELATIONSHIP OF IMMUNE SYSTEM AND ENDOCRINE SYSTEM——Ⅰ.STUDY OF IMMUNE REGULATION EFFECTS ABOUT THYROXINE ON TUMOR-BEARING MICE AND IMMUNE IMPAIRED MICE
【摘要】 本研究证实,S130肉瘤(腹水型)、肝癌及CCl4慢性中毒致免疫功能损伤的BALB/C小鼠均伴有血清T3,T4明显降低。用小剂量甲状腺片1.2(μg·g)/d治疗后,见血清T3,T4逐渐恢复,并伴有巨噬细胞-胸腺淋巴细胞受体活性变化、吞噬活性升高,脾NK细胞自然杀伤效应增强及溶血素抗体测定OD值增高等免疫指标的改变。表明小剂量甲状腺素对免疫损伤鼠及荷瘤鼠有免疫调节的生物活性作用。
【Abstract】 This study has confirmed a phenomena that the impairment of immune function caused by S180sarcoma,liver cancec and CCl4 is rela-ted with the reduction of serum T3,T4.After treatment with small dosageof thyroid Tab.(1.2μg·g/d),it was found that T3,T4 shown a normal level accompained a markedly raise of Mφ-ThyL receptor activity and phag-ocytic activity of Mφ.Also the natural killing effect of spleen NK cell of mice was enhanced as well as the raise of OD value of hemolytic anti-body and other immune index.It was demonstrated that thyroxine has an affirm effect of immunoregulation for tumor-bearing mice and immuno-injured mice.
