【摘要】 对30例成人牙周炎和22名牙周健康者的龈下标本进行厌氧菌分离培养及生化鉴定,比较产黑素类杆菌群在两组标本中的检出率及相对比例,并分析其与成人牙周炎严重程度的相关性。结果表明,在成人牙周炎龈下区产黑素类杆菌群的检出率为96.7%,相对比例34.6%,主要是不酵解糖类杆菌,并且产黑素类杆菌群和不酵解糖类杆菌与牙周袋深度有正相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the present study,thirty and twenty two subgingival plaguesamples were taken from ninteen adult periodontitis(AP)patients andseventeen healthy adults(HA),respectively.These samples were culturedanaerobically and identified on the biochemical basis.Detection freoencies andrelative proportions of Black-Pigmented Bacteroides(BPB)were comparedbetween two groups and relationship between BPB and severity of APwas analized.The results showed that BPB were detected in 96.7% ofsubgingival samples of AP and relative proportions of BPB were 34.6%,inwhich the asaccharolytic BPB were predominant,and significant positive correla-tion was found between BPB or the asaccharolytic BPB and pocket depth.更多还原
