MCS-51单片机在煤气发生炉控制器中的应用

【摘要】 本文对MCS-51单片微机用于煤气发生炉的控制进行了实用性的研究。针对化肥生产的特殊环境及其工艺要求,采用以8031单片机为核心的控制器,硬件设计中采用STDBUS结构。软件设计中,充分利用8031芯片内部丰富的资源,发挥8031芯片具有较强布尔处理功能等优势,从而使控制器结构简化、成本降低。通过一年多的工业现场运行,收到了良好效果。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the author’s research on the practicability to apply Single Chip Microcomputer MCS-51 to the controller of gas genera- ter. According to the special conditions and technological requirements of the chemical fertilizer production, it is desirable to use Single chip 8031 as a core component of the controller. The structure of STD BUS is adopted in The design of the hardware. In the design of the software, the author makes full use of the rich resources in the chip 8031, and its strong Boolean proce- ssing function, so that the controller’s structure is simplified and its cost reduced. Through one year’s practical run, good results have been achieved.
