用物理方法处理锅炉用水调研综述

【摘要】 本文介绍了锅炉用水预处理的必要性及锅炉内形成水垢带来的不良影响.着重就锅炉用水预处理的物理方法进行了综述.列举了热力软化法、磁化法、电能水处理法等工作原理及其效果;并比较了各自的优点,指出锅炉用水预处理的物理方法优于化学方法的几个方面.探讨了未来锅炉用水预处理的发展方向.

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the necessity of boiler water pretreatment,and the adverse effects of the scale. Some physical process of boiler water pretreatment have been summed up. Also the priniple and result of the technologies about thermal softening, magnetizing and electric energy treating have been general described. Their merits and demerits have been contrasted. The paper pointed out that the physical process have some advantaqges over chemical process. The developing direction of the boiler water protreatment was studied.
