耐火材料镁碳砖用结合剂合成工艺及性能研究

【摘要】 本文阐述了耐火材料镁碳砖用酚醛树脂结合剂的合成工艺、结合剂的基本性能以及影响结合剂因素的研究.通过制砖试验证明,以粗酚和甲醛作为基本原料合成的热固性酚醛树脂作为结合剂可以制得合格的镁碳砖.

【Abstract】 The synthetic technology and behaviour of bonding agent for refractory Mg-C brick was investigated. The better synthetic method was determined. The effect of crude phenol/formaldehyde ratio on the amount of residual carbon were discussed. The effect of free phenol on the refractory product were also discussed. The results show that the bonding agents to synthetized with crude phenol and formaldehyde can made Mg-C brick quality.
