粉煤灰水泥硬化浆体物理-化学性质初探

【摘要】 本文研究了不同熟料组成的粉煤灰水泥水化3天、7天和28天硬化浆体的ζ电位、非蒸发水(Wn)、电导率(λ)、浆体悬浮液的pH值和试体的强度,并用TG热分析估算了浆体中Ca(OH)2含量;同时讨论了粉煤灰水泥硬化浆体的物理化学性能与水化时间的关系,以及硬化浆体中粉煤灰的火山灰活性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the ζ potential, non-evaporated water (wn) and conductivity ratio(λ) of the harden paste which is the production of the fly ash cement with different clinker composition hydrated 3d, 7d and 28d, the pH value of the paste suspension solution and the strength of the sample have been studied. The Ca (OH)2’s content in the paste has been evaluated by the TG thermal analysis. At the same time, the relationship between the physical—chemical properties of the harden paste and the hydration age, the pozzolan activity of the fly ash in the harden paste have been discussed.
