汽车车身表面计算机辅助设计
COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN FOR AUTOMOBILE OUTLINE SURFACE
【摘要】 提出对三坐标测量仪实测整车外形数据误差分析的方法,解决了由EIA码到ASCⅡ码的转换问题。探讨准确拟合车身曲线曲面用于实际设计中的简便可行的理论与方法,在APPLICON工作站上建立了整车车身表面的MB—CAD模型,并实现了车身轴测图及制表面的主视,俯视和侧视设计图形的绘制。在已建的车身表面模型上,可进行修改以构造新的车型,还可取出任一局部面积图形进行结构设计。
【Abstract】 Presents the method to analyze the error of data measured by a three-D measuring equipment and to transfer EIA code into ASG code. Discusses the simple and practical theory and method to fit the curves and surfaces in designing. A MD-CAD model for automobile surface has been constructed on an APPLICATION Workstation, and the axonometric drawing, the relative front, vertical, side views have been done.On the constructed model, further modification to construct some new versions is available, and any specific part can be separated off for structural design.
