大孔树脂富集三波长分光光度法测定农药废水中痕量硝基酚类
ENRICHMENT OF TRACE NITROPHENOLS IN WASTEWATER BY MACROPORE RESIN
【摘要】 本文利用大孔吸附树脂 D4020分离富集废水中 ppb 级的单取代硝基酚类,以甲醇:NH4OH-NH4Cl 缓冲液(pH=10·20)作洗脱剂,洗脱液直接比色,采用三波长分光光度法,计算机求解三元一次方程组,可分别得到废水中各单取代硝基酚的含量.此法简便,富集倍数高(102以上),水样加标回收率在95~104%间,测定误差小,树脂易再生.
【Abstract】 This paper reports a method of enrichment and separation of trace mono-nitropheols(ppb level)in wastewater by using macropore resinD4020,CH3OH:NH4OH-NH4Cl buffer(pH=10.20)as eluent.The eluate is directly determined by three wavelength spectrophotometry.This method is simply,high enriching times(>102)and recovery(95-104%),low determi- native error,and reproduction of resin is easy.
