液膜法处理和回收多种废水中高浓度酚的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了液膜法处理高浓度含酚废水的工艺条件,考查了不同因素对除酚的影响。实验结果表明:对含酚10000~47000 mg/L 的工业废水,经2~3级液膜处理,出口水中酚浓度即可降至0.5 mg/L 以下,除酚率大于99.99%,内相富集酚达270 g/l以上,有利于酚的回收,具有较高的经济效益和环境效益。

【Abstract】 In this paper,technological conditions of the treatment of wastewatercontaining high concentraction phenol by Liquid membrane process havebeen studied and effects of different factors on phenol removal rate inver-stigated.The experimental results show that,with 2 or 3 stages liquidmembrane processes,the concentration of phenal in the effluent can bedropped to below 0.5mg/L from its initial concentration of 10000~47000mg/L,the phenol removal rate is more than 99.99% and the concentratedphenol in internal aqueous phase more than 270g/l.Thus,excellent economicand environmental benefit can be achieved.
