【摘要】 本文介绍了模糊综合决策在食品质量综合评价中的应用,其内容有两方面:一是对同种多项产品的择优综合评价;二是对某一种产品决定其质量等级。两类问题的核心都是通过建立联系因素集和评价集的转换器,把因素集过渡到评价集,达到对食品质量进行综合评价的目的。更多还原
