微量HPLC分析C16~C22长链脂肪酸
SEPARATION OF LONG CHAIN FATTY ACID BY MICRO-HPLC
【摘要】 采用18—冠醚—6作相转移催化剂,将长链脂肪酸衍生成具有紫外吸收的对—溴代苯乙酮酯.使用微量高速液相色谱,以添加AgClO4的有机溶剂作移动相,在C18键合反相柱(95×0.5mmI.D)上成功地分离了:C16:0,C18:0,C20:0,C22:0,C18:1,C18:2,C18:3,C22:1等8种长链脂肪酸.
【Abstract】 The long chain Fatty acids were converted into their derivatives-P-bromc-phenacyl esters by using 18-crown-6 as phase transfer catalyst, then the derivatives were separated by Micro-HPLC with a high efficient C18 revesed phase column (95X0.5mm ID). The organic salution of AgClO4 was used as a mobile phase.
