Na2CO3对非水体系合成的丝光沸石的酸性和催化性能的影响

【Abstract】 The influence of Na2CO3 on the catalytic properties of mordenite synthesized in nonaqueous system was examined with NH3-TPD and xylene isomerization in a pulsed micro-reactor.With the increase of calcination temperature,the activity for xylene isomerization increases.The thermal stability of HNAM(H-nonaqueous mordenite)increases when Na2CO3 is added in the synthesis.The crystallinity of NAM(Na2CO3)increases with the increase of the molar ratio of Na2CO3/AlO3.On the other hand,the ratio of I25.7°/I9.7°(ratio of diffraction intensities at 2θ=25.7°and 9.7°)decreases with the increase of Na2CO3/Al2O3.The number of acid sites and the activity of HNAM(Na2CO3)pass through maxima when the ratio of I25.7°/I9.7°increases.These experiments show that HNAM(Na2CO3)is a good catalyst for xylene isomerization and Na2CO3 has an important effect on the properties and structure of HNAM.
