【Abstract】 The free electro- optic coefficients of Li_0.902Ta_1.01Ti_0.012O₃ crystal, which Was grown by Czochralski technique, have been measured by modulation method at room temperature. The results obtained are γ_c=13.9×10^-12m/V, γ₅₁=14.2×10^-12m/V and γ₂₂=1.1×10^-12m/V.更多还原
