磷酸甘氨酸晶体研究
Investigation on the Crystal of Giycine Phosphate
【摘要】 用溶液法合成出新化合物磷酸甘氨酸(简称GP)。测绘了它在水中的溶解度曲线,采用恒温蒸发法在30℃从pH值为2.03的饱和溶液中生长出GP单晶。用红外光谱和X射线单晶分析测定出它的分子结构和晶体结构,给出了GP的物相分析数据。
【Abstract】 The novel compound of glycine phosphate (GP), (NH2CH2 COOH) H3PO?, has been obtaied easily from reacting an aqueous glycine solution with phospheric acid in the range of 0.5≤NH2CH2COOH/H3PO4 (molar ratio) ≤1.5. The solubility curve dependence of the temperature for this compound in water was plotted by weight method. Large crystals of this compound can he grown easily from aqueous solution by slow evaporation of solvent at constant temperature or by slowly lowering the temperature of constant supersaturation The molecular structure and crystallographic of this compound are determined. The X-ray powder diffraction pattern of GP crystal was taken and the pattern obtained was indexed successfully with the aid of single crystal data.
