【摘要】 本文为探讨中药岗梅根化学成份的定性鉴别方法,用各种溶剂对岗梅根所含化学成份进行分离、预试。结果表明:岗梅根所含生物硷可能是其主要有效成份。同时对岗梅根所含生物硷进行提取,并对其氯仿液进行薄层层析、纸电泳分析和荧光分析。认为在对生药岗梅根化学成分进行分离、预试的基础上,采用薄层层析、电泳和荧光分析技术对生药岗梅根进行定性鉴别,结果比较准确,且适合我国国情。更多还原
