珠江口盆地海底稳定性分析

【摘要】 本文根据大量野外调查资料,系统地整理了珠江口盆地各种海底不稳定的地质现象,通过分析和讨论,划分出海底比较不稳定区、稳定区、比较稳定区、不稳定区,并进行了工程地质评价,给海洋开发提供了依据。

【Abstract】 Survey results show that the following geohazards and constraints exist in the Pearl River Mouth Basin: landslides, shallow gas, diapirs, faults, etc. There are three kinds of landslides of recent age, which are still active and threaten seafloor engineering structures. In the area there are high pressure gas pockets which are related to deep oil-gas pool faults and are dangerous to oil exploration and exploitation structures. The active faults are ma;nly northwest orientated, with some recent sedimentary faults occuring only a few meters beneath the seafloor. In addition, sandwaves, turbidity currents and earthquakes are also observed within the area. In the light of analyses on the engineering geological conditions and geohazards, the Pearl River Mouth Basin could be divided into zonations such as stable zone, relatively stable zone, relatively unstable zone and unstable zone. Detailed assessment of each zone is made in this paper.
