【摘要】 可关断晶闸管(GTO)是具有自关断能力的新一代电力电子元件。由于GTO对门极电路有着特殊要求,使得门极电路成为GTO应用技术的关键本文仅就门极电路作一初步探讨。

【Abstract】 GTO thyristor is one of the new generation power electronic eleme nts.Because of its specific demands on gate drive circuit, the gate drive circuits become key to GTO application technology. The paper only made a preliminary discussion on GTO gate drivecircuits .
