【Abstract】 The present paper deals with the compositions and contents of the common nutrition and amino acid of Eoleptestheria (the content of protein is 50.72% ;lipid-2.14% ;calcmm-9740mg/100g;,phosphorus-660mg/100g;the total contents of amino acid are 31.29%,among which the content of essential amino acid is 15.06% ?of nonessential amino acid is 16.23% ) Two tables and two figures are given to compare the nutritional compositions and amino acid contents of Eoleptestheria with those of fish meal,shrimp meal,soya-bean cake,peanut cake and clam meal The results show clearly that Eoleptes-theria can be utilized as a new source of animal protein for feeding materials to fish and prawns.更多还原
