【Abstract】 This paper presented the recording media and recording methods of the second generation optical disc WORM, discussed its characteristics, compared it with CD-ROM, magnetic disc system and microphotographic system, explained the composition and working principle of WORM workstation and the functions and roles of its components, finally, summarized the applications and development of WORM optical disc and pointed out its limitations and shortcomings.更多还原
