【Abstract】 This paper reported an indirect enzyme immuno-sorbent assays for （+）abseisie acid,which developed with rabbit antiserum against（+）ABA-C₁- BSA and HRP-labeled goat antirabbit IgG.Its linear assay range was from 0.05 to 12.5 ng per assay.The proper preparation methods of（+）ABA specific antibody and coating antigen were studied.Some quality control of this method was operated in the practical assays.更多还原
