东方对虾饲料不同蛋白源的比较

【摘要】 本试验以鱼粉(F),豆饼(S)和棉籽饼(C)作为东方对虾饲料的主要蛋白源。为适应实际生产的需要,还设计了以混合蛋白源(M)组成的饲料。每种蛋白源的饲料设计了两个粗蛋白水平:前期46%和后期44%。用8种饲料(M-46,F-46,S-46,C-46,M-44,F-44,S-44和C-44)饲喂初重为6.1 g 的东方对虾,观察不同蛋白源对试验对虾的成活率、生长性能和饲料转化率的影响。本试验还以 Cr2O3为指示剂,测定东方对虾对不同蛋白源的粗蛋白和主要氨基酸的消化率。为期42 d 的试验结果表明,不同蛋白源对所观察指标有显著影响。

【Abstract】 Fish meal(F),soybean meal(S)and cotton seedmeal(C)were used as the protein sources for the study.In addition,a compounded feed of mixed protein sources(M)was formulated for practical interest.Eight diets(M-46,F-46,S-46, C-46 M:44.F-44,S-44,and C-44)were fed to orientall prawns(P.orientalis)of average initial live weight of 6.1g.Growth rate,survival rate and feed conversion ratio were recorded using chromic oxide as indicator.Results of 42 days feeding trial showed that most of the indices of interest were significantly affected by protein sources.Survival rate of theprawrs for the four treatments were.53.8%(M),77.5%(F) 43.8%(S)and 36.3%(C).In average,weight gains were 2.95,2.80,1.85 and 0.85g respec- tively.Average bioomas increment were related to survival rates.Feed conversionn ratio of fish meal as the main protein source was the best(3.39)followed by mixed proteins(3.49)soybean meal(3.75)and cotton seed meal(4.47).Crude protein digestibilities of the four diets were 76.5%~85.4%(M),82.30%~32.7%(F)71.0%~ 87.4%(S)and,66.2%~75.7%(C).Amino acid digestibilities of the four protein sources,M,F,S and C were 78.6%~39.6%,79.3%~92.1%,81.7%~90.9% and 68.3%~ 82.1% respectively.The result suggested that fish meal was good protein sources for oriental prawns.Soybean meal was also well digested,although some of its amino acids were insufficient.The diet of mixed protein source has relatively"balanced" amino acid assortment and resulted in good performance.
