【摘要】 叙述用高效液相色谱法测定值肝油、强化食品和饲料中 VD 的方法。样品经碱性皂化、乙醚抽提、蒸发,用甲醇溶解残渣注入半制备柱(C-18柱),收集含 VD 的部分,用洗脱液再蒸发干燥,溶于异辛烷中,注入分析柱(硅胶柱)定量。本法操作简便、灵敏度高,最低可检测20IU/100g。目前的回收率范围90.1%～93.7%,平均为91.9%,重复性的标准误差是±2.9%,变异系数为±2.5%。更多还原

【Abstract】 A high-performance liquid chromatography(t-rPLC)method for the determination of vitamin D in cod-liver oil,fortified food and feed was described. The pretreatment of sample included alkaline saponification,ether extraction and evaporation,the residue dissolued in methanol and the injected into a semiprepara- tive HPLC column (C18 reversed phase).The fraction containieg vitamin D was collected,evaporated,dried and dissolved in isooctane.The solution was quantified by injecting onto analytical HPLC column(direct phase column).This method has high sensitivity and is simple for operation.The detection limit is 201U/100g sample and the present recovery rangeis from 90.1% to 93.7% with the mean value of 91.9%.The standard deviation of the repetition was ±2.9%,and the coefficient variation was +2.5%.更多还原
